Limitations we can't hide

• Women travelling without a mahram can apply for both tourist and Umrah visas in 2025 — the old restriction is no longer strictly enforced for tourist visas. Umrah visa booking for solo women depends on the Nusuk app's current rules and may require additional proof of accommodation.

• Hajj visas are only issued during the Hajj window (8–13 Dhu al-Hijjah) through a different system; the platform cannot issue them.

• The actual fee varies: the e-visa platform has flat pricing, but some nationalities require additional security deposits or biometrics.

• GCC residents (Iqama holders) have a separate fast-track channel via the Absher/ MOFA online portal — not covered by this tool.

FAQ

Can I do Umrah on a tourist visa?

Yes, since the 2019 reform tourist visa holders can perform Umrah, but they must book via the Nusuk platform and cannot enter the Grand Mosque during certain restricted windows (especially Ramadan last 10 days and Hajj season). The Umrah visa is simpler if Umrah is your primary purpose.

How long does the visa take?

E-visas: typically 5–30 minutes for approval, sometimes up to 24 hours. Umrah visa from an approved agent: 3–7 working days. Hajj visa: variable, often 4–8 weeks through licensed Hajj operators.

Do I need a separate visa for each entry?

Tourist visas are issued as single, double, or multiple entry (the platform even lets you pay the same fee applied to single — the multi-entry upgrade may cost extra depending on nationality). Umrah visas are typically single-entry.
